This excel spreadsheet has every case status that we use, along with a column for "What has Happened" and one for "What needs to Happen" along with a short paragraph for texting client updates.  Many of the statuses have an unlisted youtube link with a video from Zach that explains this case status, which is a great example of where to start for your own clients!
